Customer Guidance System

The Customer Guidance System, or CGS, is an automated queuing management system. This system utilizes various technologies to provide a seamless, easy to install, and effective tool to efficiently service your customers. If you are in need of a system to accurately manage and control your customer traffic, then the CGS system is the only way to go. CGS is your electronic queue manager, and interior traffic light, or quite frankly, your employee's best friend. This system can work in virtually any line queue situation, thanks to its wireless communication and ease of installation. The system includes a LED illuminated station marker that illuminates to help direct the customer to that station, an infrared zone scanning sensor that constantly monitors the area in front of that station, and a wireless communication system to broadcast start and end times of customer visits. This data is recorded in a database and is tabulated into graphical form for easy analysis.
