Trans-Tech announces receiving award for the LED illuminated Train Symbol signs for the Central Corridor Light Rail Transit (LRT) Project from Invensys Rail, a division of Invensys plc, of Marion, KY. This CCLRT project, the second in the region, will connect downtown Minneapolis with downtown St. Paul. The LED illuminated signs will be placed along the 11 mile stretch to alert pedestrians when a light rail train is approaching.

The LED Train Symbol signs were engineered by Trans-Tech in accordance with AECOM and LTK Engineering Services specifications. Each Train Symbol sign will be housed in a NEMA 4X rated, stainless-steel cabinet to protect the components from environmental elements.
