The TC refers to all units illuminated with a neon grid. The TCU refers to all units illuminated with incandescent lamps. The TCL refers to all units with LED illumination.

I have a two message neon sign but only one message is working and it is outside of the five year warranty, can I fix it myself?

No, the units are factory sealed and you cannot access the neon tubes, the only field serviceable portion of the unit is the transformer, which can be easily replaced.

How are these units installed?

The most common way is the standard wall mount, which does not need any special brackets, and comes standard. The back of the unit is mounted to the wall and the sign hinges down on the back by way of the extrusion design. Installation instructions are sent with every unit. Other mounting brackets are available upon request.

How do I control these units?

Most units are controlled manually by means of a control switch that we can supply upon request. The control switch consists of a stainless steel plate, toggle switch, red and green indicator light. Switch plates are available from a single gang to a six gang.

I ordered some units several months ago, and decided we ordered too many, can I return them?

Yes, however due to the length of time between ordering and return request, there is a 25% restocking fee on standard open/closed, TCI red/green units. There is a 50% restocking fee on all other messages.

Do you make custom signs?

Yes, we have 15 standard sizes, which we can produce using the TC neon backlit, or a combination of neon and LED Direct-View. We have 3 standard sizes available for the TCU incandescent series. Custom size cabinets are considered if quantities dictate. LED custom messages are now being accepted, contact our sales office for a quote.

What colors are available for my message?

We offer 5 standard colors in the TC Neon Backlit which are Red, Green, Yellow, Blue and White. We also can duplicate many other colors in the TCU Incandescent Backlit using transluscent vinyls. The TCL LED Series can be done in various LED colors pending availabilty.

How soon after ordering will my order be shipped?

All standard open/closed and TCI units are shipped same day the order is received. All custom messages are shipped within 3 business days. All other custom orders, double face, custom paint finish, will ship within 5 business days.

How will my order be shipped?

Most orders are shipped via UPS with a 1 - 6 business day delivery. Large order quanities are shipped via common carrier with the most direct route possible.
