Trans-Tech is excited to announce that our transition into the Signal-Tech family is underway! As of January 1, 2014, our combined companies will go forward under the Signal-Tech name. We are proud to become part of a company who has been serving the banking industry with illuminated signs since 1928. Today, Signal-Tech is considered the US industry leader in engineering and manufacturing outdoor LED signs for the bank drive-thru industry.

Moving forward our companies are committed to engineering and manufacturing eco-friendly LED signs for the banking, parking, rail and highway transportation industries. This merger is a perfect fit because Trans-Tech and Signal-Tech share common goals: The first, to provide a high quality, reliable product and second, to be the easiest company our customers do business with. We take pleasure in providing personal service. A friendly person to answer the phone when you call; quotes in under 2 hours and a wide offering of in-stock products that ship out the same day they are ordered. All made possible through the efforts of committed and enthusiastic American workers.

This new partnership has allowed us to expand our infrastructure. Our sales staff has grown. Brian Veshecco, Angelo Ferraro, Jack Tomasik and Shirley DiLuzio are available Monday - Friday from 8 am to 5 pm ET to take your calls. We've extended the depth of our in-house engineering staff which translates to knowledgeable and timely tech support as well as fast paced new product development. We've expanded our production floor build lines and increased our warehousing capacity. We've installed a state of the art painting system and super-sized our in-house LED circuit board production capacity. Our custom sign abilities are more extensive than ever before. We are prepared to meet the needs of our customers.

Our product offering will continue to include a complete line of LED parking signs for entrance, exit and interior wayfinding applications; Space Available and end of aisle LED counting signs; as well as our RedStorm™ Parking Guidance System.

Our signs will continue to be engineered with super-bright, high-quality LEDs for optimal visibility at night or in full sun. And, as always, we will continue to maximize our customer's investment by practicing green engineering techniques which extend the life of our LEDs and reduce their energy consumption. We care about the environment and the impact our carbon footprints will have for generations to come.
