Photoelectric Sensors

The photoelectric sensor, also known as a thru-beam sensor, is used for detecting objects that pass through its infrared beam, which then remotely triggers a signal or message on a sign. The photoelectric sensor is an ideal safety mechanism for detecting pedestrians or vehicles in order to illuminate a sign on signal alerting others to be cautious of their surroundings. A great application for parking garages, drive thru lanes or any entrance or exit to a facility. For instance, when there are pedestrians crossing through a high-traffic area, they will walk past the sensor and the sensor will then illuminate a sign directed to the oncoming traffic that reads "slow down". The photoelectric sensor can be upgraded to any sign and can be easily incorporated with other accessories like the flasher module or programmable logic controller, which will bring more attention to any important message.
