Queue Management System
The CGS (Customer Guidance System) is a queue management system used to evenly distribute work to all service stations and reduce wait times by controlling customer flow. The CGS automatically directs customers waiting in line to the next available service station/representative. It optimizes customer service while tracking and measuring each customer's interaction/transaction time.
