The warranty is available for all TC neon, TCU incandescent*, TCL LED direct-view, and TCI units.

Returns on standard products will gladly be accepted with an RMA number issued by Signal-Tech. Returns must be shipped in the original cartons via the best possible carrier, freight prepaid. Warranty items cover workmanship, materials and normal ground UPS shipping only.

For damaged shipments involving UPS, please keep the original packaging and notify us immediately for an RMA number. We will promptly contact UPS and arrange for damage inspection at your location. UPS will return shipments to us after inspection is complete. If an item should arrive damaged, do not return damaged good directly to the factory without prior approval. Please contact us immediately for an RMA number. All claims for loss or damage must be filed with the common carrier used for shipment.
