Return Policy

Damaged in Shipment

If an item should arrive damaged, please keep the original packaging and notify Signal-Tech immediately for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Do not return damaged goods directly to the factory without prior approval. Signal-Tech will contact the shipping company and arrange for damage inspection at your location.

Please provide the following information to Signal-Tech when requesting an RMA Number.

1. Your Company Name, Street address, Phone Number
2. Contact Name, email address, phone number

3. Product Serial Number
4. A description of the issue
5. Original Invoice or Purchase Order Number

Returning a Product Covered Under Warranty

If your Signal-Tech product exhibits signs of failure and within the warranty period, call Signal-Tech Technical Support at 877-547-9900 to determine if the issue can be resolved over the phone. Technical Support will determine if your product should be returned. Do not return products to Signal-Tech without an RMA number.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Signal-Tech Technical Support (877-547-9900) with a description of your issue
  2. If a product return is deemed necessary, Signal-Tech will email you an acknowledgement with your RMA number. Signal-Tech will cover the return shipping cost.
  3. The shipper (typically UPS) will email electronic return labels and a tracking number. (The email will arrive at approximately 5pm ET on the day you received the RMA number. Please note: The return label and tracking number may be sent to you in separate emails.)
  4. Use the original shipping cartons whenever possible to return product. Ensure product is packaged for safe and secure transport.
  5. Print and affix the return label to the outside of the carton
  6. Clearly mark cartons with the RMA number
  7. Take to UPS location for return to Signal-Tech, 4985 Pittsburgh Ave, Erie, PA 16509


Returning a Product Not Covered Under Warranty

Please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Signal-Tech at 877-547-9900 to request approval to return the product. Do not return product without prior approval from Signal-Tech.
  2. Please check chart below for restocking fees.
  3. If a product return is deemed necessary, Signal-Tech will email you an acknowledgement with your RMA number. You are responsible for cost of return shipping.
  4. Use the original shipping cartons to return product. Ensure the product is packaged for safe and secure transport.
  5. Clearly mark cartons with the RMA number.
  6. Send product to Signal-Tech, 4985 Pittsburgh Ave, Erie, PA 16509.
